Our subscription service prioritizes flexibility for your convenience. You have the ability to cancel, pause, or skip shipments at any time. To ensure timely cancellation of an upcoming order, please notify us at least one (1) business day prior to your scheduled shipment date. While we cannot guarantee cancellation of orders on the same day as shipment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. In such cases, we will cancel future shipments and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of unwanted products. A full refund will be issued upon receipt. You can easily manage your subscription, including cancellations, through the "Subscriptions" tab located in the top right menu.
