    Great stuff

    Love the packets find myself drinking more I’m avid cyclist and it is amazing the difference between drinking before and forgetting and handy having a stick or 2 in rear pockets just in case 🤗🤩 🙏 so so great .. one nite wife foot was cramping and within 20 minutes of drinking (no more cramps) actually was half a stick thanks

    The Fuel Up Wake hydration system works! I don't know if this was a side effect but I lost all interest in drinking coffee. I don't think that's a bad thing.
