Additionally, if you have an unopened product or discover a fault, you have up to 90 days from the date of receipt to return it for a full refund. If you're concerned about product quality, we'll gladly provide an exchange upon request.

Shipping Policy

At Fuel Up Hydration, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process. If you believe your shipment is lost or delayed, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Shipping & Processing

We ship to all locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after they are placed. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way. Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Delivery & Tracking

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Expedited shipping times vary. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your order's progress. If you do not receive your tracking number or have issues, please contact our support team.

Subscription Policy

Our subscription service prioritizes flexibility for your convenience. You have the ability to cancel, pause, or skip shipments at any time. To ensure timely cancellation of an upcoming order, please notify us at least one business day prior to your scheduled shipment date. While we cannot guarantee cancellation of orders on the same day as shipment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. In such cases, we will cancel future shipments and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of unwanted products. A full refund will be issued upon receipt. You can easily manage your subscription, including cancellations, through the "Subscriptions" tab located in the top right menu. To modify your subscription, simply click on 'Account' in the menu. From there, you can easily add or remove products from your monthly delivery. This way, you have full control over what you receive each month to best suit your needs.
