KK, this is the real deal. Too bad this wasn’t around when I was playing. All the drinks that we were forced to drink, because of big sponsorship deals, didn’t deliver like this FU does. WHY FUEL UP?

ELECTROLYTES

Sodium Chloride

Magnesium
Magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems that regulate diverse biochemical reactions in the body, including protein synthesis, muscle and nerve function, blood glucose control, and blood pressure regulation.

Magnesium is required for energy production, oxidative phosphorylation, and glycolysis. It contributes to the structural development of bone and is required for the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and the antioxidant glutathione.

ANTIOXIDANTS

Antioxidants are substances that can prevent or slow damage to cells caused by free radicals (waste substances produced by cells). If the body is unable to process and remove free radicals efficiently, oxidative stress can result. Oxidative stress has been linked to heart disease, cancer, arthritis, stroke, respiratory diseases, immune deficiency, emphysema, Parkinson's disease, and other inflammatory or ischemic conditions. Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals in our bodies and protect against the cell damage that free radicals cause. [10]

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is needed by the body to form collagen and make skin, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. It also uses this vitamin to repair and maintain cartilage, bones and teeth, to heal wounds and to form scar tissue. Vitamin C is a vital antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals that we are exposed to in the environment such as air pollution, cigarette smoke and ultraviolet light from the sun. Vitamin C plays an important role in immune function. [11]

Vitamin E
Vitamin E functions mainly as an antioxidant to help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Vitamin E also helps protect eyesight. Vitamin E supplementation significantly enhances both cell-mediated and humoral immune functions in humans. [12]

Vitamin E is a fatsoluble antioxidant that stops the production free radicals when fat undergoes oxidation. [13]

B VITAMINS

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)

No longer need coffee in the morning!

I was a half a pot a day coffee drinker. I needed that first cup to get me moving in the morning and because I drank coffee for hours, I didn't drink water until midday. I drink the Fuel Up Wake as soon as I get up in the morning. It gives me what I need to start my day with energy and enthusiasm. What I miss from drinking coffee? The jitters, queasy stomach and dehydration. From time to time I'll have a cup of coffee for the flavor and enjoyment of a hot drink on a cold day. But I no longer NEED coffee to jumpstart my day. I wonder if being hydrated earlier in the day and staying hydrated throughout the day has also helped with mental clarity. That's something I've noticed improvement on in the third week of using the Fuel Up products. I can't say enough good about them and tell everyone that they should try them for themselves.

Best sleep I've had in years!

I'll be honest, I didn't have great expectations for a hydration drink for sleep. I've taken sleep aids for almost 3 decades with success of varying degrees. The first night I drank the Fuel Up Rest I slept 8 hours and felt great the next morning. I cut my trazadone in half the next night. Again I slept a full 8 hours. My average night was 5-6 hours if I was lucky. I again cut my trazadone to 1/4 of the regular dose and slept just as well. I asked that my prescription be lowered so that when I cut it next time it will be 1/8 of my original dose. I suspect I will then be able to eliminate it all together. I have only been using this product for a month, but overall the results are so impressive that I have told everyone about it!
