I'm not well and this is a blessing to me. Keeps me awake, little more energy and good taste. I'm bedbound my legs are not strong enough to keep me up but I am better to get myself walking if you want to say that but I am truly Blessed for the little extra I get. Weak but hard headed. Thankfully John Wells induced this keep me awake longer, hydration and affordable product.
