    Excellent pre-workout drink

    The Wake drink mix gives me boost that is not to intense and it lasts for hours. Where as the pre-workout drinks I have tried in the past are just too strong and cause me to feel anxious. Also the boost you get with other pre-workout drinks lasts only for a short period of time.

    We didn’t get a shaker bottle as promo said so I can’t detect if I didn’t get it mixed enough.
    I didn’t feel so great after drinking it. I will try again if I get an efficient mixing system.
